We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained more in detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.
If you are unhappy with the Experience that you have booked with us, please let us know if its something we can attempt to rectify. Our returns & Refund Policy gives you 72 hours after the Experience to request a refund or rescheduling of the Experience you booked online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund 72 hours prior to The Experience Day.
After the 72 hour period after the Experience, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our guests to be open minded in your Experience to ensure it meets your needs and inform us promptly if it does not.
To be eligible for a refund or reschedule, your initial dissatisfaction must be made clear to us in writing prior to or on the day of the Experience you booked. If your request is made prior to Experience Day we can reschedule or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any add ons.
If you have any further questions or would like to request a refund or reschedule, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request for refund has been sent to us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Request made less than 72 hours prior to Experience Day
Requests made after Experience Day but no more than 72 hours after.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Reschedule (if applicable)
We only reschedule an Experience if available and for the same Experience. If you need to reschedule an Experience, send us an email at dateconcepts868@gmail.com and we will inform you if a a reschedule is possible.
Gifts
If the Experience was marked as a gift when purchased and serviced directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your request. Once the request is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the Experience wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the gift giver will find out about your return.
'Add on' costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of add ons will be deducted from your refund.
