We will contact you within 48 hrs via the info you provided for a free consultation. After which, you would be provided with an invoice which includes payment details. The earlier the better! You may want to book as soon as the idea is fresh in your mind as the process of getting your experience ready may take some time. The latest we can share an Experience with you is about given 48 hours notice of confirmed booking. Go to checkout now and get things started!
Date Concepts is cashless! Therefore we require all payments to be in form of bank transfers, Zelle, CashApp, Bank Deposits, etc.. Once you have checked out you would be given a quote of a 'ballpark' figure of what your Experience may costs, but wait! there's more! Only after your consultation would you be given an actual invoice & terms of agreement where payment options would be defined.

Yes ofc! Here's why: for your Experience to be considered 'booked' a deposit of a minimum 50% must be paid by you and receipt confirmed by us.The deposit receipt has to be confirmed at least 48 hours before your Experience, best bet allow at least *3-5 banking days(*could be more or less depending on your bank) for confirmation of receipt to be made. The earlier the better!

Easy! at consultation we work things like this out. Simply put, we would provide you with payment details and all outstanding balances has to be paid no later than 24 hours before your Experience day. Depending on your bank or payment method you may have to make payment prior to the 24 hours to avoid delays in confirmation and your Experience being cancelled. Hey why not! Your Experience comes with non alcoholic light refreshments and finger food, so feel free to bring ting to lime and make the Experience your own.
Read our terms and conditions on your invoice for full details on our Food+Drink+Alcohol policy, as your are ultimately responsible for anything consumed and the actions of guests at the Experience. Be responsible and Remember what one Prime Minister said in T&T "doh jacka$$ d scene"!!!
Its ah chill vibes! We would ready your experience at least 2 hours before your agreed arrival time. You have to be there on time, as your Experience time begins promptly. We leave you to enjoy your Experience in private, only to return 10 mins before end time or if you contact us to come before.
No paperwork, stress or sour vibes on Experience day, simply come, enjoy and leave. During your Experience, you are responsible for all aspects of the Experience and should never leave your site unattended.
We clean up after you, no worries we don't charge for dat, but we may hold your incident fee if there any irreparable damages noticed when we clean up. We know our guests are way too awesome to brown the scene so we don't expect any sour vibes on Experience day.
Hey we know 'ish happens, therefore you may want to cancel at anytime. Contact us at least 24 hours before your Experience day requesting cancelation.
Sadly, there are fees associated with cancellations: more than 72 hours notice = no fee; less than 72 hours a fee equal to your deposit may be applied.

But as you are already here, let's briefly let you know how: request refund by contacting us give your customer ID found on your invoice and simply say you want ah refund.
